Hair by Charvel policies.


Cancellations

Appointments booked may be cancelled or changed to another day/time up to 48 hours before the appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. If an appointment is cancelled, the deposit is non refundable. If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, the deposit becomes non refundable and you will be required to pay 50% of the service as a new upfront deposit.

Appointments

If you anticipate to be more than 10 minutes early for your appointment please send us a message via Facebook or Instagram to let us know. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule your appointment due to the inconvenience of the next client.

Deposits

Hair by Charvel requires a non refundable deposit to secure all appointments. Deposits are only required for certain services. The deposit amount depends on the service (usually $20- $100). Deposits are paid via PayPal through our booking system. Paypal is free to sign up! If you do not have Paypal you can pay your deposit via bank transfer, please message us via Facebook or Instagram for the details. Appointments will not be confirmed until proof of payment is received. The deposit is added onto the total amount due.

Refunds

Unfortunately Hair by Charvel does not offer refunds for Hair services or Haircare products, however negotiation of store credit or a redo of the service is always considered, terms and conditions apply per individual.

Online Bookings

Please make sure all of your details are always up to date and filled in correctly i.e. Your full name and correct phone number. Please also book in for the correct service that you require due to time allocations. If you are unsure of the service you require please message us via Facebook or Instagram.

Business Hours

Please see business hours on the website. Please note ALL enquires on all platforms will be answered between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Please also note we may be active on social media platforms outside of business hours so please don’t be offended if we do not respond. Thank you for your understanding!
